I love ginny's supremely confident but horribly wrong answers.

"Look, Frosty the Snowman!"

"I want to be a house when I grow up."

That was Ginny's answer to when Missi asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up.

She later changed her answer to say she wanted to be a doctor, albeit she said "I wanna be Dr. Reno.". He's her pediatrician. This is an ominous foreshadowing to Ginny engaging in her own: "The Talented Miss Ginny."

Product Placement at the Law Library.

The North County Law Library is full of wonderful resources like books, helpful librarians, and computers. It also is a convenient source for womanly needs. Check out the easy to use dispenser in this photo. If you need some tampons or pads go into the library, hang a left at the reference book shelf and straight into the Men's Room and voila there's your tampon and pads!

Daddy-Ginny Filipino Heritage Lunch!

Other cultures need a month, but we just need 30 minutes to celebrate our culture. Ginny's eating her dessert a filipino rice cake called puto (calm down my spanish speaking companeros).

We had lechon (pork roast with a nice sweet sauce and sisig (I don't think I spelled that right) another pork based dish.

Ginny's watching filipino pagaent and is enjoying cheering for her favorite filipina "princesses", which she thinks they are.

Next up... zoo!

We scream for ice-cream!

Ginny and I enjoyed some ice-cream together at McDees. We almost gave up our search for ice-cream that afternoon. The McDonald's closer to our house and a nearby Fosters Freeze both had broken ice-cream machines.

The Fosters-Freeze employee offered to sell us the slushiness that the machine was making. No thanks!

Ginny became forlorn after the second failed attempt. When we got to the McDonalds that had a working machine she had already mentally prepared herself to be disappointed. She said "This machine is broken too" - before we got to the counter. The ice-cream perked her up fast!

I blame the Occupy San Marcos movement, the MTV, that cloud that's above me right now, ...

Ginny's Favorite Thing at Disneyland Yesterday...

wasn't looking at the trains at the Disney Gallery/President Lincoln attraction. And it wasn't drumming with the Soundsational drummers with her very own Disney drum. Her favorite part was that "Daddy [and] Emie don't ride on Splash Mountain.".

She is very leery of the fast rides you see. While I imagine she'd happily sacrifice us to go on the fast rides if it meant she didn't have to, her preference would be that no one go.

Not to worry we still have about an inch of growing for us to talk up the fast rides some more!
